National Institute of Technology Rourkela is inviting applications for MBA Admission 2025. Candidates can apply online through the NIT Rourkela Admission Portal before February 18, 2025. Selection will be based on Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by NIT Rourkela.

NIT Rourkela MBA Eligibility and Selection Criteria
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with 60% or 6.5 CGPA from a recognized University.
- A relaxation of 5% marks or 0.5 CGPA is provided to candidates belonging to the reserved category.
- The candidates appearing in the final year examination may also apply. However, they have to produce their mark sheet by September 30, 2025, failing which their admission will stand cancelled. Such students, at the time of admission, must produce a certificate signed by the Principal or Registrar of the College stating that all examinations including practicals necessary for the award of the degree have been completed to be eligible for admission.
- The Institute uses the CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT score for short-listing candidates for the MBA Programme.
- Depending upon the National-Level Test Score, Career credentials, and other achievements, the candidate will be called for GD/PI.
- Candidates will be selected based on Test Scores, GD/PI performance, Work experience, and career marks. The following method will be used to calculate the final score:
