The reporting details for candidates allotted seats are as follows:

Key Instructions for Candidates
- Document Submission:
- Candidates must bring all original certificates, mark sheets, and required documents along with photocopies.
- Nativity Certificate and CLC in original are mandatory.
- Fee Payment:
- Admission fees can be paid online or via demand draft in favor of "OJEE" payable at Bhubaneswar.
- Candidates must note their NEET application number and name on the back of the draft.
- The candidates those who will only pay the Admission Fees online and will not report at Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar physically for document verification within the reporting schedule, their admission will be cancelled and the same generated vacant seat will be filled in the next upgradation round.
- Freeze or Float Option:
- Candidates must confirm their decision to freeze or float their allotted seat via their login ID.
- Provisional Admission Letter:
- After completing all formalities, candidates will receive their provisional admission letter and an acknowledgment.
- Non-reporting Consequences:
- Candidates failing to report within the scheduled time will have their admission canceled, and the seat will be allocated in the next round.

Fee Structure
Candidates must deposit the following fees for provisional admission:

Additional institutional-level fees may apply. Candidates are advised to check the respective college websites for detailed fee structures.
- Any revisions in the fee structure as per government orders will be automatically applicable.
Important Notes
- Candidates who opted for a float in earlier rounds and received upgrades need not report physically. They can download the new allotment letter via their login ID.
- Candidates should not report to the allotted college at this stage. Final admissions will be completed after the entire counseling process.
