The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has issued a directive requiring all private colleges and institutes with admissions in courses such as B.Tech, B.Arch, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, and M.Arch to participate in a document verification process. This measure aims to resolve outstanding discrepancies in the documentation submitted by certain admitted candidates.

Institutes with pending issues related to document verification must present the original College Leaving Certificate (CLC) and Transfer Certificate (TC) for validation. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of candidates' admissions and the removal of their names from university registration processes.
Reporting Schedule
Colleges must report to the OJEE Office at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the scheduled dates below:

Institutions that have not cleared discrepancies or fail to verify the original CLC/TC by the deadline may face withdrawal of candidate registration recommendations to the university.
For any institution not listed, verification of institute-level admissions must be completed by 10:00 AM on 17 Nov 2024.
