The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has released the official schedule for the BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) and BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) upgradation round. Candidates seeking admission upgrades are encouraged to attend this round at the designated location.

The provisional admission and upgradation round will take place at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar.

Reporting Schedule

Key Information for Candidates:

• Freeze or Float Option: Freshly allotted candidates should log in to their OJEE portal to select either the Freeze or Float option for their seat.

• Admission Fees Payment:

  • Fees can be paid either online through the OJEE portal or by demand draft.
  • For demand drafts, it should be drawn in favor of "OJEE" at any scheduled bank payable at Bhubaneswar.
  • Candidates must write their Name and NEET Application number on the backside of the draft, which is to be submitted during reporting at the OJEE office.

• Document Requirements:

  • Candidates must bring all original certificates, mark sheets, and required documents, along with one set of photocopies.
  • Required documents include the Nativity Certificate and College Leaving Certificate (CLC).

• Provisional Admission Letter:

  • After paying the admission fee and submitting required documents, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter and an acknowledgment of submitted documents from the OJEE office.

• Reporting Process:

  • Only the candidate or one guardian should accompany the candidate to the OJEE Office with the demand draft and required documents.
  • Candidates who paid online must still report to the OJEE Cell in Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar, with all necessary documents.

• Upgradation Reporting Exemptions:

  • Candidates who previously opted for the float option and were upgraded in this round (from the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd round) do not need to report physically at the OJEE Cell.
  • They can download the new allotment letter from their login on the OJEE portal.

• Consequences of Non-Reporting:

  • Candidates who only pay the admission fees online but fail to report for document verification at the OJEE Office by the scheduled deadline will have their admission cancelled, and the seat will be allocated in the next round.

• Advised Not to Report at Allotted College:

  • Candidates are instructed not to report to their allotted colleges until the entire counseling and admission process is complete.
  • Once final counseling concludes, OJEE will forward the list of admitted students along with admission fees to the relevant institutes, which will then finalize admissions
