OUAT Bhubaneswar released the Spot counseling and admission schedule for MVSc and PhD Admission. Candidates must report for counselling along with the required documents at the OUAT campus on February 25, 2025 (11:30 AM-12:00 PM).

OUAT Spot Admission Details

• Odisha domicile candidates who have received a rank in OUAT PG Admission 2024-25 (Agril. & Allied subjects) are eligible for admission.
• Seats vacated by cancellation of admission until February 24, 2025 (5:00 PM) will be included in this spot counseling.
• The candidates, who have taken admission earlier, are also eligible to participate in the spot counseling admission and can opt for seats of their choice from the vacant seats.
• The candidates will be called to appear before the admission board according to the rank issued earlier. Once the candidate exercises their option for a seat and admission is granted, no request to switch over to another seat will be entertained.
• If an already admitted candidate wants to be admitted into another department they have to pay the full admission fee and the paid admission fee from the previous admission will be refunded deducting a processing fee of INR 2000 and the previous admission will stand cancelled.

• Master's Degree mark sheet and certificate (for Ph.D. applicants)
• Domicile Certificate (Mandatory)
• Documents for extracurricular activities weightage (Mandatory)
• College Leaving Certificate, Conduct Certificate, and Migration Certificat
• Medical Certificate
• Self-declaration for discontinuation of study
• Aadhaar Card
• Five recent passport-size color photographs
• Admission letter if issued from previous counseling and admission
• Permission letter/NOC from immediate authority (Mandatory)
