Parul University Hosts International Week 2024 with Delegates from 12 Countries.

Parul University, Vadodara, recently hosted its International Staff Teaching & Training Week 2024. Parul University in this event brought together educators and professionals from 12 different countries. The aim of the event was, to build global connections, share ideas and explore new partnerships with universities, globally.

The theme for the week was “Developing Competencies for Strengthening Internationalization.” In the event guests took part in cultural activities, training workshops, classroom visits, and interactive sessions. These sessions helped them learn more about India while also discussing how global collaboration in education can be improved.

Some of the delegates included Dr. Hubertus Johannes Forschelen from Germany, Ms. Mavlyuda Mirzayeva from Uzbekistan, Dr. Arasu Raman from Malaysia, Mr. Antonio Ruiz Moya from Spain, and representatives from Portugal, Australia, France, and Indonesia. Students from Italy, Spain, and Poland also joined as part of the exchange program.

These global experts shared insights on how their institutions function, how to make education more accessible for international students and staff, and how to create meaningful international partnerships.

Dr. Preeti Nair, Director of the Center for International Relations and Research, said, “The International Week went beyond our expectations. We’re thankful to all the delegates and students who made it such a meaningful event.”

The week-long program became a strong platform for global dialogue, cultural exchange, and building long-term relationships that will help Parul University and its partners grow together in the future.
