St Joseph University PhD Admission Details
- Selected candidates must submit all required documents to the research coordinator as per the schedule.
- Failure to submit the documents will result in the cancellation of the provisional selection without any further correspondence.
- Candidates taking admission to part-time Ph.D. programme must be working in a higher educational institution for at least 2 years and obtain Na o Objection Certificate and service certificate from their organization.
- After document verification, candidates must meet with their assigned departmental research supervisor for consent.
- Following consent, provisional admission will be confirmed upon payment of INR 7,500 admission fee and first-semester fee through offline/online modes.
Documents Required for St Joseph University PhD Admission
Candidates must submit the below-listed documents for admission to St Joseph University PhD Programme:
- 10th and 12th Mark sheets
- Undergraduate Degree and Consolidated Mark sheet
- Post Graduate Degree and Consolidated Mark sheet
- Transfer Certificate/Migration certificate
- Passport Size Photo
- Aadhar Card or other photo identity proof
- Photo affixed and self-attested Admit card issued by St. Joseph University for Ph.D. entrance
- Community Certificate
- NOC and Service Certificate (Only for Part-time Candidates)
- UGC/CSIR (NET) Qualified Certificate and Score Card
