Instructions for Candidates

Choice Filling

• All the candidates are required to fill their choices. No preference to the published seat matrix
• Choices filled by a candidate in Round 1 and Round 2 will not be considered for consideration at the time of the third round.

Seat Upgradation

• In case a candidate gets upgraded at round 3, then her previous seats allotted in round 1 or round 2 (if any) will be cancelled automatically

Admission Confirmation

• Eligible candidates will check the institution website allotted for information about joining procedures and list of documents needed.

Consequences for Non-Joining

• In case a candidate is allotted in Round 3 but does not join, their security deposit would be forfeited and they shall not be considered for further rounds of counselling.
• 5. Upgradation & Resignation restrictions
• Candidates accepting a seat under Round 3 cannot upgrade or resign from the allotted seat at any later point of time.
