University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, has announced a 25% tuition fee concession per semester for bonafide Uttarakhand domicile students applying for admission in the academic year 2025-26. UPES reserves 25% of the total seats in each program for eligible candidates under this scheme.

Eligibility & Important Conditions:

  • A valid Domicile Certificate (Sthai/Mool/Adhiwas Niwas Praman Patra) must be submitted at the time of admission.
  • This concession applies only to tuition fees and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another course, year, or student.
  • Only one scholarship/concession is allowed per student, per semester/year (except Academic Performance Scholarship from 2nd year onward). If eligible for multiple, only the highest will be awarded.
  • The concession must be claimed at the time of admission; it cannot be availed later.
  • If a student declines the admission offer, the scholarship offer will become void.
  • The student must not engage in any activity that harms the university’s reputation, including online defamation.
