You can follow the steps below to participate in VITEEE counselling registration and choice filling process.
- Visit the official website of VITEEE counselling at ugresults.vit.ac.in/viteee2026.
- Click on the link for VITEEE counselling registration.
- Pay the VITEEE fee of INR 5,900 using net banking, credit card, or debit card.
- After the fee payment, you can proceed to fill out your choices for admission process.
You can follow steps below for VITEEE counselling choice filling.
- Go to the VITEEE choice filling portal after the VITEEE registration.
- Select your preferred campus and then select your preferred branches.
- You can add multiple choices in preference order.
- You can fill as many choices as you can before the last date of VTEEE counselling choice filling.
Documents Required During VITEEE Counselling 2026
You will need the documents listed below to participate in the VITEEE counselling process.
- Provisional Admission Letter
- VITEEE admit card
- Counselling Letter
- VITEEE Result Scorecard
- Class 10 board certificate
- Qualifying exam mark sheets
- Transfer certificate
- Migration certificate (if applicable)
- Community certificate (for SC/ST candidates)
- Four recent passport-sized photographs.
VITEEE Seat Allotment and Admission Process
After the completion of VITEEE counselling choice filling, VIT Vellore will announce the seat allotment. Students who are allotted seats must accept their seats and pay the tuition fee before the last date.
- Tuition fee must be paid as per the category allotted to the candidate.
- Category 1 has the lowest VITEEE tuition fee, and Category 5 has the highest.
- After the payment of the tuition fee, you will receive admission confirmation.
- Those who miss Phase 1 of VITEEE counselling can participate in the next counselling phases.
- You must report to the classes within 7 days of the start date; otherwise, your admission will be cancelled.
