The fee structure for the PhD Programme is as follows:

VMOU Kota PhD Admission Key Points
- Qualified students must submit the PhD fee through bank challan (Punjab National Bank branch of Rajasthan).
- Qualified students must submit NOC from their employers.
- Unemployed students must provide an undertaking stating they are not working anywhere.
- Candidates must submit scanned copies of the fee bank challan and NOC via email at research@vmou.ac.in
- Qualified students who have paid the fees must report at the VMOU Kota campus for joining on February 15, 2025, along with the below-listed documents:
- Fee receipt
- NOC (if applicable)
- Note: JRF/scholarship holders must be full-time scholars and submit their accepted resignation letter to the research department
