XISS Ranchi PGDM Admission 2025 Open; Apply till February 14

Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi is inviting applications for PGDM Admission 2025. Candidates can apply online through the XISS Admission Portal. Selection will be based on Group discussions and Personal interviews conducted by XISS Ranchi.

XISS Ranchi PGDM Eligibility

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in any discipline.
Candidates appearing for the final year of their graduate degree examination in academic year 2024-25 are also eligible to appear for the admission process, provided they do not have more than 2 backlogs in all.
A relaxation of 5% marks is provided to candidates belonging to the reserved category.
candidate must appear in an all-India level management admission test. XISS, Ranchi considers only the following three admission test scores for shortlisting the candidates:
Xavier Aptitude Test 2025
Common Admission Test 2024
CMAT 2025

XISS Ranchi PGDM Admission Process

Selection will be based on GD and PI rounds. After the GDPI round, admission offers are made to successful candidates.
The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which include:
Past academic record (20% weightage)
Performance in entrance tests (40% weightage)
Performance in Group Discussion (10% weightage)
Performance in Personal Interview (25% weightage)
Extracurricular and Diversity (5% weightage)
