To get admission into Sri Venkateswara College, I had to give cuet exam and wait for seat allotment . It was quite a hectic and lengthy process but luckily from next year college admissions will be based on 12 class percentage which will be quite simple compared to cuet process . My college is worth getting admission into , it has nice infrastructure with trees and greenery around, quite soothing to eyes and mind plus everyday of college had a new story to tell . You will learn new things everyday while interacting with fellow students as it has an amazing crowd.
Faculty of my course is quite good and all teachers are exceptional in their fields . teachers are very friendly and encourage us to do well in life and are always ready to give advice about careers.
My college offers great placement opportunities. I heard that last year average package was 6 lpa and highest package was 20 lpa . It is quite a package for commerce course . The main recruiters for commerce courses were big 4 companies
I paid 16000 around last year during admission then they increased fees to 20000 that's around 20 percent increase and I think it will increase at same rate in future also. Overall I think it is quite affordable compare to private institutions and other du colleges
My college is famous for its annual fest 'nexus' which is one the best fest of Delhi University. This year it was conducted in April. The main artist was great mohit chauhan.???? Can't even believe that I got to experience Nandan parinde live . Apart from fests society of my college are quite active and many events on regular basis are organised by them which provides students with the exposure required
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
