It prepares you well for the corporate and business world giving you good academic opportunities and skills. It’s also known for his fests, participating in which makes your overall personality grow and improve
I’m pursuing CA, hence bcom would be a good course to choose along side it. The course is really precise and good making it similar to the topics of accountancy and finance. students pursuing ca, cfa etc can go ahead with it as it’ll be convenient for them balancing both. The Faculty is also really good, they’re also very particular about the attendance which makes regularity and discipline the key factors for students.
i haven’t opted for an internship yet since it’s just my first year. But there are several companies like KPMG, Deloitte etc which come to NM college for placements, and the college makes sure to place every student
The placement cell of umang is well known. They have really good and big companies which come to appoint students and placements. Some of the students who are pursuing ca have also been placed in the BIg4 through NM college

Campus Life is a lot of fun. There are several clubs, associations and fests at NM which help in overall growth and development of the student. I was myself a part of Umang and it gave me alot of experience regarding corporate life. It usually happens in the month of September. There’s also a library at the college which is well maintained for students to study for long hours.
I haven’t opted for a hostel but there are many hostel facilities near by. Since these area has around 4-5 colleges here there are several hostels for the convenience of out station students. The college canteen is also really good. It’s cheap and student friendly, and have meals for breakfast lunch and snacks.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
