- The faculties are really supportive and highly qualified. They help you in guiding through you decisions regarding professional courses and job opportunities
- The course is also highly informative. The subjects and contents are all very similar to CA and you get an overall knowledge of the business world and financial markets
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is really not upto the mark. There is a common building for 3 colleges. Theerw is so much crowd in lifts and during recess.
- There is no sports and extracurricular activities available. The only extracurricular you can consider is joining the clubs and committees.
Remarks :
At my time the college took Mincet which was its own admission test. It was a mcq round and you were selected on the basis of your score. Now they have removed this and they take only class 12th marks for admission. I chose this college because i also wanted to pursue CA along with graduation and by talking to seniors i got to know that college is very CA supportive. The classes started by 7 and got over till 12. Then i had whole day to study. Also almost half of the class in bcom hons would be pursuing CA while some other are doing CFA or ACCA and other professional courses. The faculties are all Chartered accountants as well. This all aligned with my goals and thats why i chose this college. Some drawbacks are that you have to have 70% attendance otherwise they starightaway debarred you. And if you are looking for a lavish campus with all sports and other facilities (like i did) then this college is not for you.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is really advanced. The curriculum aligns neck to neck with the CA course. All subjects are similar till the 2nd year and in 3rd year they teach you some other subjects. The faculties are also mostly qualified Charterer Accountants. If youre looking to pursue any professional courses along with graduation then this college will provide you the best environment. It produces the highest number of CAs in india and many rankers have come from literally my class including the nov23 ca inter Air1.
Internships Opportunities :
The intership opportunities start from the 2 nd year. Conpanies like morgan stanley and jp morgan offer internship to students and they also provide placements after completion. At end of 3rd year you have to compulsorily do a summer internship which you mainly have to find on your own or if not the faculties help you bag internships at companies like axis, icici bank etc.
Placement Experience :
Placements start in the 5th sem. I personally opted out of placements because i was pursuing Ca. But my friends applied for placements. So firstly there are training and placements sessions to train you for interviews and the whole placement process of companies. You have to attend those sessions and maintain 90 percent attendance to be eligible for placements. The companies that offer jobs are all the big4s and other conpanies like accenture, barclays etc. The average package ranges from 6-8 lakh ctc p.a. The highest package went upto 19 lakhs for which around 3 students were selected. There is a summer internship programme that you have to compulsorily complete in the 5th and 6th sem. The faculties help you get your internship but mainly you have to search it on your own.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees is around 115000. This is the tuition fees. When i enrolled in the college the college had newly started takeing its own entrance exam called Mincet and for that the college took around 2000 rupees. Apart from that only the tuition fees is charged each year and no other fees is charged. Bcom hons is the most expensive course of this college who’s fees is around 2-3x of other courses offered.
Campus Life :
The campus is just limited to a building at a main road. Uf youre looking for a lavish campus then this college is not for you. The sports activites are non existent. There are only 2 sports events including annual sports day and events organised by Umang( college fest). The clubs and commitees are really good if you want to socialise with people and the crowd you will get will be pretty decent. Everyone would be pursuing some or the other professional courses along with their graduation. The major fest of the college is ‘Umang’ which is the most sought after. The college has a great library and reading room for students.
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel facility provided by the college. You have to look for a private hostel nearby or a PG or flat. The teachers would help you with accommodation with some of their contacts. Otherwise lots of hostel facilities and pg facilities are availabe but dont expect the prices to be cheap (its mumbai). You’ll have to pay a hefty sum of minimum 4lpa to get into a decent hostel with decent crowd. In hostels mainly you’ll get to socialise with children of other colleges as well like nmims . I would suggest to get into a hostel for the first year at least and then you can plan onto moving into a flat.

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
