- Fest- NM has numerous fest year round like insight, umang, arthashastra
- Crowd- NM has one of the most top notch crowd among all the other SVKM colleges
Dislikes
- Strict attendance - Nm has a very strict attendance rule of 75% and every year many students are not allowed to give sem end exams and have to repeat a whole year
- Canteen food is not good at all it needs to be more hygienic as well
Remarks :
The admission is on the basis of 12th percentage. The cutoff is generally very high for all the programmes and you need to score atleast 86%. You will have to give Maharashtra cet for admission in bms programme.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose b.com as it provides an overview of all commerce subjects. The teachers are average most of them are really good and with few of them you wonder how did they even qualified for teaching. The exams are timely and difficult
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for an internship yet as I'm still a first year student and don't know much about them. However our seniors have told us internship opportunity isn't provided by the campus. You will have to find internship on your own
Placement Experience :
The placement is really good almost 80-90% students get placed. The top companies are kpmg, delloit, pwc and other CA firms. The average package is around 5-6 lakhs rupees per annum. My plan is to not opt for campus placement as I want to do master's after bachelors
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees is 15000 however you can get scholarship if you belong to st/sc category. You will also get a concession if you belong to gujrati community. Merit cum scholarship are also there. The fees of nm is very affordable as compared to other colleges
Campus Life :
Various fest are conducted throughout the year like arthashastra, insights, milap , umang. A lot of clubs are also run which are students can join as per their interest. No outdoor sports facilities is available as the campus is really small
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility isn't available like most of the mumbai college that is why students have no other option but to opt for accommodation outside which is very costly especially if you are looking for a pg near the hostel

It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.

Placement are very good there are multiple job opportunities provided in a college multiple companies also visit for the placement in second third year students also internship provided and multiple students get PPO from that internship so but in 2024 the internship and placement both ratio is little low or the highest placement gone till now is only 35 lakh per annum
