Remarks :
The good aspect about my college is the solid alumni network and also the fact that the crowd is very focused . Every other person is doing a profession degree or preparing for mba which installs a drive and urge to do something as well and not just waste those 3 years. The professors are very encouraging, helpful and approachable. There are about 30-32 committee. There are 2-3 events min planned in a week by the committees so the college is also bustling with music , laughter and fun. The bas thing about the college is there is no campus. Nm college construction is undergone so right now we are shifted to baghubai college which is also an svkm college . Other bad thing is you will have to tap into opportunities. Opportunities will not come to you . The second thing is that if you are an outstation student then the hostel and living expense is a bit too expensive. The average good hostel in vile parle would cost you around 450000.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom cause l wanted to build a career in finance and the college timings for FYBCOM is 6:45-11 soo you get free early and can focus on other things Teaching method is good ..some lectures feel as if you are sitting in an mba class Sem enda used to get conducted timely and early in fact And the paper level is difficult. You have to prep properly
Internships Opportunities :
Companies come to give internship. There is skill development course which is important and after then only you can get scholarship. It is one week programme where industry specialist come and conduct it.
Placement Experience :
Highest - 12 lakhs Average 6 lakhs 250 students sit and almost all get placed Deloitte, EY ,zomato ,star tv,kpmg come. Maximum bcom students get place Most people are doing article ship or going for mba soo many people don't sit for placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Full fees exemption after applying for scholarship.though people don't apply because already the fees is quite reasonable Exam is to be given to avail scholarship Scholarship can be availed . 14000 is the fees for bcom
Campus Life :
There are about 30-35 commitees present and all are active There is a library also soo you can borrow books from there Sports day is conducted every year The official account of college is handled by brand building committee Then there is cultural society of nm college Arthastra Arithimos nm college Nmnss
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel available. There is one unofficial where food is not available . There is one more but preference is given to mba students and there also food service not available You will have to rent pg external only

Placement Experience :
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.

The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
