- The infrastructure is very good as whole of the building is interconnected with each other apart from lib that's is a seperate building
- The parking areas is also very well used
Dislikes
- Cafeteria is not tooo good . But apart from this everything is available at very easy besides the college there is a huge market
- Before 12 pm students are not allowed to move out of the college area
Remarks :
As the local resident in jalandhar it is the top college , very good in studies as well as in sports and also in cultural . As this college is the continuous winner of youth fest from the past 4 5 years. So this atmosphere gives the greatest opportunity to fulfill the activities in which the students have their keen interest
Course Curriculum Overview :
The reason for choosing this course is the personal interest in the computer . Also the faculty is the very best, as all the teachers here are well experienced and well qualified as all teachers are PhD degree holders and the teachers students interaction is very easy teachers almost know individual students and students can easily interact with teachers , the exams used to held after every months usually know as mst 1 and mst 2
Internships Opportunities :
No not yet as a student of 2nd year I haven't opted for internship . So I don't have any alot of knowledge about intership but asked some of the senior they said intership are good as the internship nearly required the students with no backs and min stipend received is 20k
Placement Experience :
Placements are up to the students the performance of the students determine the placement they are going to take as there as alot of good companies that's take students for the further good opportunities , as alot of students used to place every year in very good companies
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fee structure of the college is nearly 1 lakh as the fees of per semester varies like sometimes it takes 53k for 1st sem and 30k for 2nd sem or sometimes they takes 60k in 1st sem and later they takes 30k .the scholarship for the other students like sc st or other backward class is also available
Campus Life :
The famous life is very amazing as this collage contains all the activities needed for the students development , a lot of cultural groups like kalakarzz , clickers , aShawa and so on , many fest take place like tech fest and many more , the zonal level activities inter College activities take place
Hostel Facilities :
As a local resident I don't have opted for hostel , but during the youth fest college used to provide rooms for the youth fest preparation , at that time I experienced about the hostel life that's was one of the best experience I ever had , late night gossiping with friends and so on

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
