Remarks :
You have to give JEE main exam for admission in PEC and have to sit in JOSAA counselling. I chose this college due to its great placements and internship opportunities. Also the college has a great alumni network.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose computer science engineering because of my interest and great job opportunities. The teachers are highly qualified and their teaching is good. Some teachers are not good. Mid semester exams are held after one month and end semester exams at the end of the semester. The difficulty is medium to high.
Internships Opportunities :
You get internships in your third year. This year the companies that came were Texas Instruments, phone pe, IBM, American Express. The alumni network of college is pretty good as it is 100 years old.
Placement Experience :
Placement and internship opportunities are good. Few recruiters include Microsoft, Phone Pe, IBM, Texas Instruments, JP Morgan. The highest package last year was 55 lakh and average was 14 lakh. Around 60% students are placed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition and admission fee is 90000 and if you opt for hostel you have to pay 80000 extra and 40000 for hostel mess. The fee is constant from last two years. There is scholarship for students below poverty line.
Campus Life :
PECFEST is organised in the month of November for three days. Last year Sunidhi Chauhan graced the stage. There are lot of books in the library. There is a proper cricket ground, football ground, basketball and tennis court
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel infrastructure is not good as they are too old made in 1960s. Food quality is average. However hostel life is good if you have friends. You can outside for fun. There is limitation on in time

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Placements are average on comparison with other private colleges around here Highest package this year - 11.3Lpa The teachers help very much in placements and internship . The TPC cell of the college is dead for their work

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
