Likes
- Infrastructure is good ,faculties are Helpful skillful cooperative, campus life is also nice
- Cafeteria available in front of every block and are affordable as well.
Dislikes
- Unnecessary online courses to deduct your scholarship and other courses which are not required are made compulsory.
- College system can do much better and please treat international students equally as you treat non international ones. It feel like they are more privileged and are given more facilities like free rikshaws, lifts are available for them etc.
Remarks :
Scholarship program and exposure for fine arts. Their was cucet exam conducted online which I didn't gave as I was adviced to apply for scholarship as I scored above 90% in my 12th. Scholarship is given either on the basis of your 12th cgpa or by cucet. Best option to apply is offline because in the online criteria they'll force you to give cucet which is not helpful at all for scholarship and will ask you to pay pre admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose humanities in my high school. I wanted to pursue career in the same field and that is why I opted for BFA. Our faculties are highly skilled and are graduated from art colleges. Either in the field of applied arts or sculpture or painting faculties are really helpful and are highly skilled. Teaching methods are usually via ppts notes making or LMS. Theory subjects are mostly taught in the same way.
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted yet. Companies from all over india comes and various opportunities are given to students according to their skills. Sometimes number of companies goes wash out or the number of students are selected
Placement Experience :
Placement comes for every department. For fine arts very less number of placement or internship programs are available. Highest package is around 13 lpa. For placement you have to score more than 8 cgpa in your academics
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
25000 per semester along with 50% scholarship so yearly it is 50000 . 2500 is examination fees 1000 to 5000 admission fees. For SC st in Punjab state you don't have to pay any fees only examination fees and admission fees required
Campus Life :
Fest starts as soon as new academic or semester starts. Almost every month fest or event is conducted. Campus is very vast you won't be able to explore in one day. Libraries are available in every block according to their department books are available. Ac classrooms are available. Sports and other activities comes under department of arts and cultural affair and sports complex. Many club activities are available and it's compulsory to choose aatleast one college club.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted for hostel and the pg is about 20 minutes away from college. Locality is fine and food is okay. You can find room anywhere in this locality comfortable and affordable. Flats are also available

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
