Remarks :
The fees for this college is very reasonable as compared to amity and lpu as I come from the middle class family. And I am unable to get admission in any government colleges and other private colleges fees are very high. So I Chose CU over other universities
Course Curriculum Overview :
Academics of this University is very good We study new subject in every semester and every subject has its own speciality. In first year we study new subjects of every engineering field and get the knowledge of every subject.
Internships Opportunities :
No I do not opted for any opportunity and college doesn't provide any internship opportunity for students . We have to find opportunities for ourselves and college have a strict classes schedule every week which makes difficult for student to find internship
Placement Experience :
College has a special batch named top for students who are serious for placements in which they teach subjects aptitude, Soft skills and Coding classes This classes held after the semester is completed and college charges extra 9500? rupees for tpp batch
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fees for this university is 160000? for 1 year but after the scholarship test which is named CUCET my per year fees reduced to 136000? and I got the scholarship of 20% The fees for this University is very less as compared to amity and lpu, which makes me chose this university over others.
Campus Life :
Campus life of this university is very good and also the campus of the university is huge and beautiful . The CU fest is the special program which is conducted every for freshers and we enjoyed this program a lot. Every types of books and journals available in this library. Sports and Extracurricular activities are good in this college And there is a app named cuims which is run by students
Hostel Facilities :
I rate my campus life as the best days of my life but I didn't opt any hostel in university because hostels are messy and not so good instead I opt paying guest(pg) near the university and the pg is at reasonable rate and the food is also good

I joined the TPP programme by paying an additional fee of ?11,000. Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini and Virtusa visit for recruitment. In 2026 Accenture selected 200 students The highest package is around ?22–25 LPA, while the average is approximately ?5–8 LPA. Around 35–40% of students get placed. I was selected by Virtusa with a package of ?7 LPA, and I plan to start my professional career there after graduation.

if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.
Honest Review of LPU B.TECH CSE:QUALIFIED FACULTY BUT RIGID PLACEMENT RULES
Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.
