- College infrastructure is good in my department almost every lab is there but the instrument In the lab should be updated.
- As I said before almost every faculties are from Iits or any other good colleges.

- as The college is old classrooms are not technically Updated.
Remarks :
Gbpuat Has one of the biggest campus in the world and it makes it exciting, Main reason I choose it that rank I got in jee mains, This was the best I could get, after coming here I realized that this university has very rich culture and history as it was one of the first university after independence (Established in 1960)
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose mechanical engineering cause I have a great interest in physics and relative fields if you talk about qualification of the faculty most of faculties have studied from IITs and other Renowned universities which makes the teaching method quite good. Two mid semester exams and one final exam is held during a semester.
Internships Opportunities :
College does not provide Any good internship opportunity, But you can go for dst-tce(Department of Science and technology- technology enabling centers) internship , Available in university campus . or any online internship
Placement Experience :
like every other state government engineering college Placement opportunities are not very fancy. Average CTC offered is around six LPA And maximum is around 10 to 12 LPA, Most of the students here prepares for GATE , CAT , UPSE and others govt exams.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the total per year is around 120000 , it includes hostel charges, which is 20000 per semester , tuition fee around 25000 per semester and all other compulsory charges during the course , you can apply for several scholarships from government as well as from university
Campus Life :
Social life in the campus is very good A wide 10,000 acre campus Makes it more interesting. For books university has a huge 5 floor central library where never feel shortage or books. For sports and physical activities stevenson Stadium is there where almost every sports is available with gym. If you talk about fast colossium is the biggest fast held in the month of May, For those who are interested in conferences in debate a national conference named YUVA in held in January. for every type of extracurricular different clubs and societies are there.
Hostel Facilities :
There are 22 hotels in University, For Engineering students every year has its own hostel For first year three students share one room for second year two students share one room and for third year and final year one room for one student. Hostel food is just to be alive, But sometime you can expect it to be good.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
