Remarks :
Well I gave an entrance test of UPES itself then attended their webinar and made my mind to get admission in this college discussed with my parents and then visited dehradun for campus sighting and loved it here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course I enrolled in is very hectic but faculties are so supportive that they make it fun and also faculty is interactive and nice. The curriculum is designed in a way to not put much pressure on students.
Internships Opportunities :
Well in my first year it was mandatory for everyone to do a social internship and now in the second year they have planned one more internship for us in which we have to work in startup companies. These are the internships provided by the university itself
Placement Experience :
The placement cell of UPES is good and they are still improving a wide variety of companies visit here they are still preparing students for sitting in interviews. The preparations and classes are still improving and taking place
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Well per semester the fees is 250000 and when in first year based on your 12th marks or some competitive exam marks you get min of 20% scholarship the scholarship continues for whole one year after that if you maintain good cgpa you get your scholarship renewal but that's rare.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is lovely and fun. All the cultural programs that take place are amazing and nice they make you feel refreshed for the upcoming challenges. There are various clubs and committes that we can join and put an impact to our portfolio. The infrastructure is amazing
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel rooms are nice. The cleaning staff is also good and nice, talking about mess food it's hygienic but the food is not that good but it's eatable. Everything is provided every facility is given.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
