I got admission through jee mains marks . The college is good in terms of faculty, curriculum and campus life and infrastructure. Whereas it needs improvement in getting a better crowd as the crowd is very low level. You get easily get admission through boards marks or you jee mains score.
I chose the course because of the opportunities in the course and the scope provided . The faculties are very good as most of them are from very esteemed universities like MIT, Hale, Duke, IITs, etc. Semester wise exams are taken along with mid sems with 20% weightage. The exam level is pretty moderate.
I haven’t opted for internship yet as I am in my first semester but there are various opportunities available for students to get internships and you can do internships on your own too. I don’t know much about internships yet but they are okayish.
You have to give an exam if you pass the exam you are eligible for placement . Highest package offered was 60lpa with an average of 9lpa. 96% students got placed with the top recruiters being Microsoft, IBM, Amazon, etc.

The main cultural fest is known as uurja which is conducted during the month of February. Other fests are also conducted year round and such as spandhan in november. Books are available adequately in the library. Sports facilities are also very good. Clubs such as pratibimb, rrr, etc are run by students.
The food variety is good and the taste is very good as compared to other messes. The menu change every 15 days. Hostel is costly but facilities are good. It is very hard to get hostel it is given on first come first basis and seats are very limited.
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.
the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.
I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
