- My most favourite thing from this college has to be the infrastructure specially it's Library because the library is filled with amazing works and it is so spaces that you just not want to leave and study and study more
- One more thing that I love about this college is it's canteen it is very special it has one of the most amazing foods you could find in a canteen and it's on a very affordable price so absolutely great
Dislikes
- I think one thing that I don't like about this college is how it is pretty small like the area is into big and and it's basically like the college starts and it ends like that no place he could really hang out in college and outside as well because it's a residential area
- The second thing I don't like about this college is that the area near by is very expensive like its located in South Delhi that's why it's very expensive and being a college student it really misses of my budget
Remarks :
I think my reason to choose Kamla Nehru College was very based on its academic achievements like I wanted to do English honours and I search up which are the best colleges in DU for English honours and Kamla Nehru College was one of them one of the top 3 colleges actually and it was one of the best ranked in terms of its faculty and its sure is like the faculty of the college is so one talented and also a bonus point was because it's a girl's college and I always wanted to be in a place where I could be free safe independent and this college provides exactly that
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have always wanted to do English honours I think the course is absolutely wonderful studying the course makes me feel so knowledgeable like this course is like a gift you could give to yourself because I love reading and I love literature and studying it as your degree is absolutely wonderful and in addiction to that the professor here are outstanding and I could have never hoped for any better
Internships Opportunities :
There are so many internships that have been offered by college like one of the internship that I am doing is in an NGO which is called Pehchan and in that NGO we have to basically teach students who are unprivileged and it is absolutely great of an experience
Placement Experience :
The placement cell of our college is very active and their placements in our college as well and the nice once. All though the average package goes around 3.5 lakhs of 4.5 lakhs if you are doing a B.Ed degree but most of the people do get please and if you decide to ma course then you are likely to get a very higher pay done in comparison to a BA degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So these are the original fee that is taken during the admission process but afterwards like in 2nd or 3rd year it increases like my course ehich is English Honours is around 10k but now i give 13k which is around 3k increase and i think that's how you could roughly calculate how much it'll cost you but if we compare it with other colleges fee in DU itself, English 9,700.00 Geography 11,600.00 Hindi 9,700.00 History 9,700.00 Journalism 18,700.00 Philosophy 9,700.00 Psychology 11,100.00 Sanskrit 9,700.00 Sociology 9,700.00 B.A. (Programme) With Psychology 10,500.00 Without Psychology 10,500.00 ASPSM & OMSP 11,100.00 B.Sc. (Honours) Mathematics 10,500.00 B.Com (Honours) 13,100.00 These are all the courses that are offered with there fees and also there are a lot of scholarships and financial aids going around in college so there won't be much financial struggle in this college for sure
Campus Life :
The fest that happens generally from starting from January and it goes on till March the college first generally happens during March timing and their also so many fest happening in college which are organised by departments and they are wonderful as well. Also I believe the library of our college is one of the best libraries ever you can literally find any and every work and all of them are in good condition and also the infrastructure of the library is very nice very cosy and a place for you actually want to spend your time studying. There's there's also and inbuilt gym in our college a sports blog there are so many sports activities held all the time like football badminton basketball our college is very involved in sports activities and the sports faculty is very nice as well. Also the clubs there are so many clubs which are present in our college and all of the clubs are active and their also very untoxic and so your overall experience here would be absolutely amazing
Hostel Facilities :
We don't have a hostel in this college but there are several PGS around it which are very good like the PG I said in for my first year was Om Shanti nivas which was very nice before was very nice the people there were very nice this staff there were very nice the managers the voded in everything there is very nice there very cuzy and their absolutely make you feel at home.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
