The admission now is based on the CUET-UG scores. I choose this college because of the program I pursued as its an honours cours, the syllabus is intradisiplinary and students can pursue either field in biology after graduation. The admission process is from the CSAS portal which is a bit difficult to use. One can prepare for the exam through YouTube or just their 11,12 class notes.
The course is good, but there remains some gap in practical component as the lab equipments are not upto date and also faulty. The curriculum is well versed as most of the topics are there in entrance exams for post-graduation. The faculty is good and very knowledgeable and apart from that they provide with career guidance also.
The intership is not paid but we get a good experience and knowledge about research. And if the work is good we can also publish it. The intership topics are released by the college and one can opt for only one then give interview to get selected
For science students there is not much going on for placements. But there is a Srivipra program for intership and give a very good opportunity for research under the college faculty and selection in this is based on interview the college conducts and it's duration depends on the professor you are working under. For science students post-graduation is necessary.
The year wise fee will be around to 21000 and the total fee for 3 years would be 63000. The fee is same for all the categories and no additional fee is there. Their is additional fee for exam form which will depend on your course and could be around 1500-3000. The college provide a free ship program for underprivileged students with annual income less than 5 lakh with 80-90% fee deduction, but that is only applicable if you have good marks in the semester exam and have 66% attendance.
The annual fest is Nexus and it is one of the top most fest in whole of DU, conducted during February or March. The library have all the prescribed book in good quantity and latest edition are also present. The classroom are okay and the desk and projector are bad, ventilation is bad too. The sports room provide with equipment but they are either old or not working, there is also a annual intra college sports competition which is very good and there are so many events organised by the societies. The campus is large the sports ground is big enough. There is no auditorium although as its not being renovated even after 3 years. The societies in the college are bad experience as they give so much work load.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
