- Campus life : because here we can improve our communication skills with our friends and new peeps
- Faculty: some faculties are rude but most of them are cool and interactive
Dislikes
- Academic infrastructure: only 4 months are given to us for 1 sem which is not sufficient
- Canteen: hostel canteen are also not good
Remarks :
IIT Roorkee is the best college and it in top 5 according to ranking. Many more companies are arriving there for campus placements and intership so for my best future and a good placements I've choosen this campus
Course Curriculum Overview :
Academic curriculum lil bit hectic but ok we can do there are so many classes and practicals and the time for the whole sem sem is only 4 months that not sufficient for us so it must be atleast 6 months
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
According to iitr fee structure total fee for one year is approx 78000 In which 40000 for one sem that's for mess hostel fee electricity and all charges including and 38000 for another sem for the same no academics charges are there
Campus Life :
Life at IIT ROORKEE campus is amazing new friends new environment and all things are attractive and charming .for study purpose Library is there that provide us books for free for whole sem so it's beneficial for us
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I'm leaving in a hostel taht provide by college itself and single single room is allotted to us that is amazing and if we are talking about mess so food is also good many varieties are given in the mess

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
