Remarks :
I got into this college through cuet examination. This college was the only college offering anthropology in whole du and also it has the best faculty . The only con I noticed is that the classes for core courses and optionals are held at 1.9 km distance approx
Course Curriculum Overview :
I liked this course because we can study about the humans .Also people going for upsc examination it's best for them please go for it beacuse the questions asked in gk are same as the syllabus for anthropology.. Faculty members are great with amazing qualifications. 1st semester exam is going to be held in January
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees for Bsc hons courses is 29000 including all tution fees +admission fees +lab fees. For freshers you have to pay approx 400. There is not much of a difference in fees of other category students. Almost same
Campus Life :
Very beautiful infrastructure plus the canteen amul station mitti cafe all are amazing. Plus our college provides many ECA societies which are like the best part . If you are a 1st year you should must try any of the ECA society. There are dance (both classical western )societies, poetry, literature, singing,NSS ,Nisha etc.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
