It is one of the best colleges in India to pursue bachelors in commerce. Placements are really good and one of the biggest reason for me to join the college. The teaching staff is amazing and the quality of education is also best
The course curriculum is diverse and includes all the industry relevant topics. The curriculum is designed in a way to make everyone ready for the corporate world. The faculty is really amazing and they do every bit to take everyone together and provide quality education.
Yes I opted for various internships during my college. The internships were majorly at startup companies in the domain of reasearch and equity analysis. The stipend was around 2-3k per month. The internships were great from learning perspective.
There is a great placements and job opportunities. 100% of the students get placed and the average package is also around 8-9 lacs. You get to work in Consulting roles and big companies like BCG, Bain do visit the campus and the overall placement scenario is great.
Only tuition fees amounting to around 21-22000 per year for three years totalling to around 63000. Hostel charges around 1 lac per year and scholarship available on tuition fees through scholarship programs.
The campus life is great. You have cafes in the north campus. The infrastructure of the college is amazing. You can click good pictures around the brick walls and hang around with your friends in the campus. The campus is beautiful with greenery all around and a beautiful playground.
I rented a PG in the Roop Nagar. it was on a 10 min walking distance from the college and 3-4 mins by rickshaw who took nearly 20-30 rs to drop to college. The PG facility was really good and it costed around 15000 per month to stay there.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
