I gave cuet. My cuet score was 659 and my category is SC. The exam wasn't so tough if you do some mocks and revision you'll crack it easily. First you'll have to fill the cuet form and then give the exam. Then after few months when the results are out you're supposed to fill your College preferences and take part in the counseling. Wait till last round to get the best College from your score and preferences.
The teachers are nice , faculty is somewhat fine. The courses are quite rigorous and tiering, you'll always have something to do, ppts , projects , assignments anything. But that's what keeps you revised so it's good too to some extent. Curriculums are versatile.overall a good College
I am a fresher so I haven't got any internships yet but yeah once you get into societies and cells you'll keep getting internships all the time. Apart from that they also give you certificates to add to you cv .
Ofc Hansraj has a good placement rate and lucrative packages attracting students. The package for bcom and eco home goes upto 30lpa p/a. Other courses also get an avg placement of 7-10lpa p/a. But you need to be very good in academics and have internships and certificates in your cv for that.
The fees as in a govt College is not much , around 28k per annum but the hostel fees is very costly that is around 16800 for girls hostel, the hostel counseling is done on the basis of your cuet score and your need for the hostel. If they don't think you need the hostel as much as someone who does than they'll get the hostel.
Recently we had ethnic day and Diwali mela which was not excuted well I believe. I don't think Hansraj is very great with organizing events. But other things like the library is great including wide section of books and sports activities are also fun here. The society recruitment are rigorous and will drain you fs but that actually gives good exposure to real life work.
No I've not opted hostel because it was very costly. Apart front the hostel is always crowd led with kids and the amenities didn't seem to meet my needs. The food is fine but not much of variation in food menu
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
