- I like how big the campus of our university is It has the second largest campus in Asia Also the campus life is really good Markets are here for the students And many things to explore
- The faculty is really helpful and their teaching style is unique The help every student to become a better engineer and make sure they succeed in life
Dislikes
- I don’t like that there is no AC in the college There should be Ac in every classroom because here it is really hot and can be a little too difficult for the students to focus on their studies
Remarks :
I chose this college because its a government college and the fees is very less also the campus and the culture of college is really good I gave jee mains for this college And the cut off for my branch was 87 percentile
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is the same as other engineering colleges and the faculty here is really good with some teachers with their own publications and are mostly graduated from IIT’s Exams are moderate and marking is also moderate
Internships Opportunities :
Our college does have a compulsory rule for every student to do internships from their 2nd year onwards in every summer break A placement mela is also conducted here where students can go and give interviews telling about their skills and get some internships in their field of interest weather it is of video editing or coding
Placement Experience :
Many placements and job opportunities are here Companies like google also come here To apply for placements we have to fill a form at the end of 3 rd year in the placement cell of our college Mostly good placements opt or ask for students with no active back logs and see the skills of the student Also the college is highly reputed which gives us more opportunities for off campus placements as tge alumni network of college is very strong
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees per semester: 25000 Mess and hostel fee per semester: 25000 registration fee: 1000 Admission fee: 10000 Scholarships were there for the students which were BPL or were under TFW which was around 25000 per year
Campus Life :
There are many fests that are conducted here by the ETS(engineering and technology society) Razzmataz Colloseum (which a national level festival): many events are conducted in this fest and famous artists also come here to perform Band wars are also conducted here University library is also here and mostly all the books are available for the students There is also a computer facility for the students There is also s stadium with many opportunities for the students Music club for music enthusiasts and dance and robotics club
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are available for every student with a hostel for every year student And the fees for hostel and mess are together which makes a sum of 25000 and the mess are also good with good quality food Hostel fees excluding mess is only 500

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
