- The campus of this university is huge. University have various fields like kiwi farm, natural farm etc which help students gain practical knowledge.
- The infrastructure is one of the things i like about this university. The university have various departments like seed sience, basic science, fruit science and all of these departments have their own labs.
Dislikes
- Although the university have e carts for travelling within the university but due to large number of students we hardly get to use it.
- Some of the farms are no transport facility is there either you have to go on foot or you should have your own personal vehicle.
Remarks :
The fact that this was the first horticulture university in asia and it offer a lot of different departments and proper labs and fields which help the student to get practical knowledge and a good infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The teachers here are highly qualified here. In a semester there will be mid term and end term along with final practical. This university offers graduation,post graduation and phd in a lot of different fields like fruit science,soil science etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There are 2 semesters in a year and the fee for self financing seat is 65000 for one semester and the fees has been increasing. The fees for normal seat is 25000 per semester. For the first three years regular classes will be there along with the practical and in the 4th year for around 1 semester ELP will be there and for the next sem there will be south tour and RAWE
Campus Life :
We do have a academic calendar. There are a lot of co curricular activities all round the year like youth fest, sports meet etc. This university also have a open air theatre where a lot of student’s perform various activities like dancing one act etc.

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
