Likes
- The infrastructure of the college is very good ,it is surrounded by big gardens.
- Faculty is very good and knowledgeable .
Dislikes
- The hygiene is not upto the mark it should be improved
- Placements of the college are not upto the mark.
Remarks :
The admission in this college is based upon the marks you get in your 12 th boards . For a good brach in this college , you have to score about 90 percent . Then you have to apply in the college and a merit list will come .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty of this quite educated and knowlegdeable . They act as a pillar of the support in every problem . They are very helpful and clears our doubts . The exams can be monthly or semester wise . They are of good difficulty level which helps the studemts a lot for the preapartion of finals .
Internships Opportunities :
There are no internship opportunities available for the students . They just get graduated after the completion of the course and then have to find themselves the job to get a real time experience and for the earning part
Placement Experience :
The placements in the college are not upto the mark , only around 30 to 40 percent of the students get the job . The companies are not many who come to college to offer placements .there are many students who are left behind without any work opportunity to them .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees for B.A. is aroypund 10000 rupees per year . Also there are schllarships which are offered such as Dr ambedkar scholarship scheme , CM scholarship scheme , etc. The basic registration is also quite affordable for each and every course you choose .
Campus Life :
The college library is very good with good number of books . The college usually celebrates many festivals like teej , lohri , diwali etc. There are various competitions which occur in the college like quiz competitions , dance and singing . Overall it is a very good experience .
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is provided by the college itself . It coats around 5000 per year . The rooms ate quite good anc provide a good living experience . The cleaniness and hygiene is satisfactory for the students . Mess is also available with acceptable food .

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
