I did my jc from wilsons and it was way different than my degree college in a good way. If you are in the merit list they'll call you and only then you could go for the verification of your documents. Cut- offs for most courses in our colleges are 85-88/90
I picked this course by choice but the faculty is so inactive. Sure they are nice people and teach well , overviewing everything but theres no departmental activity. We just have one department fest in the beginning of the academic year which not everyone get to be a part of in fy due to late admissions. Since our college is an autonomous college our exams are easy if YOU are regular and are attentive in class m. But my department faculty should pay more attention towards us students
Yearly 32k for general category and there is a category for minority and category like sc st and obc there are donation admissions as well only until the seats aren’t full which goes upto 3 lakhs and there are many scholarships and financial aid is also available which is really great about our college
The campus may be small but the people there are so extroverted you can make friends in no time. We have mang college fests and our library is so vast you can never get enough. The only think our college lacks is clean washrooms on thr ground floor and some of the classrooms lack air ventilation which makes you all sticky. Many sports related activities are conducted its hard to keep track of all the posters. And we have many social groups as well which will make your college experience so much more fun and better.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed

Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
