- College Canteen is a great place to sit and relax with friends. as they have multiple options for both veg and non-veg people.
- Sports arena that includes futsal and volleyball ground which I like the most.
Dislikes
- Campus is not very gigantic as it should be.
- No AC's in classrooms which is a drawback.
Remarks :
SLS Pune is one of the most prestigious and premium law schools that one can study in. Several of my friends were already studying there they told me about and personally, I love SLS Pune's curriculum. It is hard sometimes to coup up with other students as everyone who is studying there is excellent in their craft and their skills but this pushes me to do better. To gain admission to SLS Pune, students have to go through an examination test and PI. The examination is called "SLAT"(Symbiosis Law Aptitude Test). The exam is conducted 2 times student can take the exam on 2 different dates and in whichever test they get better marks counts as their overall score. The exam is of 60 marks with no negative marking and to get into the SLS Pune, one has to get at least 40-41 marks and perform their best in the interview round. I self-prepared for these rounds and interviewed my friends took my interview for my practice.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose BA.LL.B(HON) because in the future I'll be preparing for the judiciary examination and BA.LL.B will help me to get close to my dream as the subjects of BA will be helpful for my journey. The Teaching Faculty of SLS Pune is Excellent as they are very trained professionals with years of experience. Some of the faculty member have completed their education in foreign countries. As talking about examination difficulty it is semi-moderate. They give 100% percent option for the semester questions. and we have two internals and one external every semester for 4 years. One internal is about presentation and assignment and another is about written tests.
Placement Experience :
Internship opportunities are provided by the college themselves and one takes an internship as his own but they can't do an internship in the first year it begins in the second year. Students can get an average package of around 8 lakhs to 10 lakhs per year and can get high up to 25-30 lakhs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My Yearly College Fees are around 450K and they take 25k additional as a security amount when we take the admission and pay fees in 2 installments. College does provide scholarships for students with categories(SC/ST) and girl students. 450k cover all the fees and after that we dont have to pay anything extra for that academic year. there is no fees difference among the students. we all have to pay the same exact fees.
Campus Life :
SLS Pune conducts several events throughout the year. It begins with the starting that is"SYMPHORIA" Event for fresher first-year students. This event acts like an ice breaker and gets us to know each other very well. It goes on for 3 consecutive days and covers all aspects like sports and cultural extracurriculars. They organize dandia nights and Ganpati ji pooja during September and SLS Pune has its biggest cultural event SYMBHAV in the month of FEB- March in the library, every book related to law is present which I. And in classrooms there is a projector screen for teaching, and all the basic amenities. SLS Pune has a sports team for every sport and tryouts occur every year so new students can join the team. and there are 29 cells in college to join which can help students to develop their skills.
Hostel Facilities :
Symbiosis Offers their hostel for a stay which in my opinion is an average option but a great place to make friends. as we have to share a room with 2 more people which in total are 3 people in the room. Room Size is decent and everyone gets their table chair bed and Almira. We get 3 times food and evening snacks daily. Food quality is average and the fees which they take is 270k.

Placement Offers were Good on Records till now Collage has its own Placement Department. The Placement Department is operated by professionals. It aims at providing placement to students in reputed companies with handsome packages around 80% placement was done in our batch. All the students got chance to prove themselves in campus placements. Companies like Amazon, TCS, IBM, Make my trip, Amazon, flipkart, Infosys, HDFC, ICICI etc. visit the campus offers an average package ranges 3 - 4.5 LPA going on to Highest was 28 - 45 LPA Companies conduct interview sessions, GD, test for selection of students.

Placement was Good as there is a placement cell in the college that looks on managing placement for students by inviting Companies from different sectors Companies like Amazon Deloitte, Accenture, Reliance, HCL, Hyundai, HDFC bank, YES Bank, Axis bank etc. These companies make a number of offers to students offers an average package ranges 3 LPA and highest was 28 - 32 LPA. Companies conduct interview sessions, practical test, GD for selection of students and students needs to qualify all rounds to get selected also Internship opportunities was provided by college to give students practical experience and to give knowledge. Internship was also provided by college to give students practical experience and knowledge about current changing environment.

i chose computer engineering because i was interested in the technical field and wanted to build my career in engineering. the faculty were qualified and helpful, and their teaching was a mix of thoery ,ppts and practical. term exams were conducted on time and the difficulty was moderate

Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are not so widely discussed by our faculty. My plan after the program is to appear for ugc net exam and to become an assistant professor. The minimum salary for assistance professor post is approx 35000.

The placements & job opportunities in the campus placements is good in our college like honestly it is good and also it is reason for students to take admission because there are many company coming to college. The average package is around i will say is 4.5lpa of all branches and here ENTC and MECHANICAL branch have more than 96% placement rate The highest package is of 22lpa which was from CS. The ground reality the percentage of students placed from this college is around 70% like the core branches students have higher placement rates and technincal branches placement rate is of around 70%-80% the core branches students also gets placed in tech. The main recruiters are TCS,ESDS,WIPRO,TECH MAHINDRA,INFOSYS,L&T and more. NVIDIA was also there but last year they banned the college because some students cheated in online interview.
An industry focused learning experience

I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
Reality of niat

no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.

The number of companies coming for campus placements go down with each passing year. The companies that do come (TresVista mostly) are quite poor in terms of work ethic and payout methods. This year, around 40-45 students from the graduating batch got campus placement out of the 110-120 that applied.

Psychology as a field is highly recognized and growing sector after the lockdown,people are more focused on mental health,thus bhavans was the best option as they have Psychology department set for almost 20years which makes them more experienced. The teaching method of Dr.kranti Gawali the hod is excellent.
