We had to go through an entrance exam and a studio test to get in. Mumbai was the best college I was getting so I took it.there is no cut off or anything as such, selection is based on ranks. And then u can choose whatever campus and course u want based on availability of ur rank
Faculties can sometimes be egoistic and self centered, but if you behave properly to them, they will be nice. Course is largely focused on preparing you for the industry as a designer in a brand or a company, but personally I feel like it should focus more on teaching fashion as a form of art
Internships are easily available, and also u are bound to do a 2 month summer internship and a 6 month industry internship during ur course. The 6 month one is optional for FD and KD, with making a design collection as the second option, but it is mandatory for the rest
Placements have become very weak since last year as they changed the criteria etc for the companies coming for placements. But still if u try u can land a job before placements or can get ppo from the place where ur doing ur graduation project

Social life and infrastructure is very weak in college. The college is small and the crowd is very boring with hardly anything happening. If you find a good friend circle, then you will be sorted. Otherwise college events and show are very boring, small and namesake. Not enough fund is provided for events and students don't really know how to organise good events. Sports and all kinds of Co curricular activities are there, but is not that fun tho
Hostels are mostly bad for boys. Girls hostel is good. If u are a boy I'd recommend taking a flat outside. Facilities are much better and number of rooms are also more for girls, but the curfew is very strict. It is not so strict for boys. Also the girls hostel warden is kind of I'll mannered and to some extend racist also. Boys hostel building is old and unclean. Not worth the money.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .

There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
