- The college faculty is well supportive and well educated
- The college infrastructure is quite good there are smart class rooms well maintained departments.
Dislikes
- Some faculty members do injustice to students which include giving much importance to girls than boys
- The backlog fee they charge is unacceptable.
Remarks :
It was an integrated course so there was a multiple choice based exam after getting selected in that exam i took admission in BCA because of its vast scope .everyone suggested me to take that course as technology is leading.. The teachers here are well qualified who so ever is passionate to learn with self study its not impossible to achieve the goal
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took BCA due to its vast scope but indeed i failed to cope that because of my own mistakes regularly attending classes plus self study is the best way to achieve something which i didn't overall the faculty is well qualified and trained . There are smart class rooms . The term exam which i say ws not time bonded as i took admission in 2021 my graduation degree is supposed to come in 2023 which got 1 year late ... Also the backlog exams are not conducted earlier and the fee thay charge per book of backlog is not suitable.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not applied for any internship as there are less opportunities available there . Although students can choose internship available online which can also face them problem of time management as some teachers took shortage and fail students
Placement Experience :
There isn't so much placement opportunities offered in college although students can took internships along with studies. I will choose to become a software designer in future and maybe can apply for any job .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The first year admission fee cost me like 16500 after that it was about 14000 per year the exam fee is about 1600 and all the other facilities are free of cost like library games etc.. There is a yearly scholarship on merit cum basis.
Campus Life :
There is a big campus the gaming field is good also there are program's conducted each weak like awareness on drugs, cybersecurity, cultural program etc There are well trained physical teachers wo train games well
Hostel Facilities :
There is a hostel available only for girl student as i am not sure but the building is quite good its well maintained..for registration you have to contact hostel management team to get registered there ... There is facilities of rented rooms outside the college locality like barbarshah etc ..they are well affordable and well maintained too.

For placement University conducted job fair for the students where Banks, Private sector industries HR's also visited to take interview and thoroughly conducted the interview and make selection of the deserving students.

Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.

Placement Experience :
Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro,infuses,bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.

I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.
Placement and college life at IIT Jammu
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.

quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.

Placement Experience :
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.

Placement Experience :
Previously there was 100% on campus placement in university but now it's only somewhat 70%. Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages. Most of students try off Campus Placement where they get some good offers. Average package is about 5-7 lakh
