I JUST WANTED TO STUDY IN NORTH CAMPUS AND ATTEMPTED CUET AND GOT 698 MARKS. I AM FROM OBC CATEGORY. THE CUT IFF FIR GENERAL IS 760. AFTER FILLING FOR DU I WAS ALLOTED THIS COLLEGE. I WAS JUST OK THAT I GOT THIS COLLEGE.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course as I am pursuing CA and commerce is my background so this would be easy for me. The faculties are well educated and average and mostly you have to focus on your own in every college. You have to be determine on your own. There are 2 semester every year after every 5-6 months. In total there are 6 semester. The exam are average but you have to focus on it.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For coming to this college you have to first register in cuet which take upto ?1500 then after cuet exam you have to pay for du registration ?400 after this if you get admission here the annual fee is 16500 in 2024 for semester 1. For every semester exam you have to pay exam fees ranging from 1200-2000 as oer your subjects. The other stationary expenses will also be there for your study needs.
Campus Life :
The campus is good in size with basketball court badminton court volleyball area and got space for sports. The library infrastructure is also very good and all books are available. The annual fest is organised often Every year and fest are organised too. There are various society so no need to worry for exposure. The canteen is average as its food is just average. The class infrastructure is very very good. There are 5 floor and lift is also there.
Hostel Facilities :
I didn't get admission in college hostel but I know that it's good with less fee and average infrastructure for outdoor students with full safety. The fees are low and a college hostel admission form will come after your admission within 10 days you can try your luck as hostel is provided as per distance basis.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
