I have chosen this college because this is the only college I am getting due to my score in JEE. The college is good but it is very far from the station and it is always traffic near it. So if you are getting other than this college at the same score with the desired branch go for that until you consider the traveling factor. The admission process is smooth and easy. I preferred online YouTube videos for rounds of admission and got the admission.
The course curriculum is good and the faculty also teach well. For scholarships, you can check their website and the total fee for open candidates is 118000. The maths teacher is very awesome, she teaches in a very conceptual and easy way and your college has different fest and many other events to participate. Our college club of gdsc ranks top 10 clubs across India. The only thing you are concerned is traveling, if you manage ths you can aim for it and ready to go.
No, I haven't opted for any internship outside but college provided us a one that is approved by National India skills council. This is internship in which you just have to complete some video lectures and get certificate.
The campus placement is decent like it's improving the professors are trying hard to make students land a job but at the end of the day it totally depends on students. But yeah companies visit our campus and good decent package like 5 - 10 LPA and highest is 25 LPA, but to be honest I don't know that this 25 LPA is off campus or on campus. In our college it is compulsory to do one internship per sem and they provide that but it is unpaid. They have tied up AICTE edu skills. We have placement ratio about 80 to 85%.
Basically, our college doesn't provide a hostel facility. The campus is very small like we have just two buildings that's it. But our college is fully occupied with wifi 24/7. The social life is decent not so excellent. We have different clubs like the Android development club, dance club, web dev club, and many more and the infrastructure is very good as it was established 6 or 7 years ago only.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
