Internships Opportunities :
No I haven’t done any internship but I have done a project work which was a part of my subject. It was a marketing project and viva was also conducted in which external came to take our interviews related to our marketing project.there were 2-3 options as we can opt for project or for internships.

Doon university located in a scenetic city of Dehradun in Uttarakhand, is a public state university established in 2005.the university offers undergraduate ,postgraduate and doctoral programs across a variety of disciplines including humanities , social studies , commerce , engineering, management and design.It is known for the beautiful campus.the fees structure is low as it a state government college. I’m currently pursuing BCom hons from this university and I pay 21000 per semester.
Campus Life :
Fest and event are rarely conducted like holi fest diwali fest igaas And other language fest are: German Spanish Japanese Chinese SPORTS AND OTHER CURRICULAR groups and clubs are there to enroll Vatsala’s club for poetry
Hostel Facilities :
No I haven’t opted hosterl facilities so I don’t have any idea about the hostel facilities. But I know that the girls hostel is far better than the boys one. Or else I don’t know about the hostel students

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
