Remarks :
There were no prior group discussions , interviews, or written tests for admission it was based on 12th marks and JEE marks and rank . The cut-off is different every every it is not fixed or constant . Students only have to perform good in their 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science because it is the trend in the today's era . The teachers are well qualified every one has done Ph.D. Exams are held in 3 divisions namely T1 , T2 , T3 and rest marks are based on internals which are provided by the class teachers on basis of class performance.
Internships Opportunities :
No , I haven't opt for any internship , but sometimes the university give chance to apply for summer or winter internship in the solan campus only and which is researched based internship with stipends not fixed and it depends .
Placement Experience :
Placements are average many recruiters come to college and thats not constant and fixed , every year it is different sometimes number of companies increases and sometimes decreases . Mass recruiters are there like Infosys , LTIMindtree , Cognizant , Wipro these companies take along around 40 students with them
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There isn't any scholarship . The tuition fee is Rs. 1.2 Lakhs including all taxes , and the per semester fees including it is 2.2 Lakhs per semester. There are no compulsory charges and no scholarships but yeah admission is based on 12th boards basis and JEE marks.
Campus Life :
The college life is fabulous , there are various events such as LeFeiustus and Parakram which are the biggest events of this university and there are various clubs and committees in the university that take care of all the events and students learn about various social skills.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities are also amazing , The infrastructure is also great , to apply for rooms forms have to be filled at the time of admission and they are affordable , PGs are also available nearby with good facilities . Talking about the mess , food is available not in hostel but in different building that is mix mess for boys and girls .

Placements are decent. Eligibility is typically at CGPA 6.0 or higher. Recruiters include TCS, Infosys ,Oracle, Wellsfargo etc.Highest package this year reached around 3 crores per annum as it was a foreign offer.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs

The placement opportunities are given by institute. There is a placement committee. A few visited recruiters are ICICI,HDFC, DE Shaw, Deloitte, EY, etc. the average package of IIM sirmaur ranges around 14-15 LPA. All students get placed and is supported by institute.
