Remarks :
No i got direct admission in this college i was preparing for CAT but i thought that if i will not be able to clear CAT then cgc will be my next option because of fees and placements record of CGC and the infrastructure here is also very good and well developed
Course Curriculum Overview :
Couse curriculum of MBA is semester wise including two MSTs mid semster test in every semester faculties here are very well mannered and well qualified and they are very supportive a available any time to assist you in any kind of queries .
Internships Opportunities :
College also provides a lot of opportunities for getting internship in second semester companies starts coming to college for providing internship opportunities to students college has very good and huge network with companies
Placement Experience :
I got placed in good IT company so i wll say that college has very good record in providing placements apart from this big companies like tech Mahindra , deloite and banks like federal banks also visits here for placements
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure here is very affordable as compared to other colleges because MBA usually costs around 5 to 10 LPA in normal B schools but here in Chandigarh group of collages the total fees of MBA is around 240000 if you are looking for MBA degree with normal amount of budget then CgC is best as compared to other colleges
Campus Life :
Campus life is very interesting and very amazing you will see a lot of places and cafeteria here where you can chill out with friends and during night time college is well decorated with lights and a considerable amount of crowd there
Hostel Facilities :
I did not opted for hostel but my some classmates are in hostel they always used to praise hostel and hostel food they said that hostel provides good quality of food along with weekly different different menu

if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
