Remarks :
If you have good percentage in 12th like more than 75% then you can get directly into CSE stream otherwise they also check your JEE score. I had a good percentage so only one basic introduction was done.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty is good, there are also som free extra courses for students which are provided by college faculty in extra and it is very beneficial for placement. They have proper internal exams before external.
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't took ant internship from college as i was placed so was doing internship with company only, they have many internships internally as well as external contacts are also there, so u can get that easily
Placement Experience :
For placement your attendance should be good and also you should not have any backlogs, if these conditions are satisfied you will get 100 percent placement, all top mnc and product based like amazon google visit the campus for placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for first semester is around 47k and after that for every semester it is 43k. One way of scholarship is that if you come through PTU counseling. There are also some scholarships for punjab residents. Some scholarships for orher states also, All the details about scholarships are present on official website in a dedicated section
Campus Life :
In November parivartan festival is organized which is a big event in colleg, all books are available in library for free only, regular sports events are organised and they have separate grounds for every sport
Hostel Facilities :
Mess food is good you get variety of choices and each day in a week different menu is there,hostels are clean and tidy, hostel is pretty affordable with gym and other facility, if you want to love outside also theta are pg available but prefer hostel only

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
