Okay so the fees kf the course is quite good as per my experience with other colleges. moreover they provide with a decent package so the return of investment ratio was too good for me. Cutoffs are decent... they are quite low for delhi home quota but moderate for outside delhi students like myself... For instance, Cse cutoff for outside delhi is around 70 thousand and for inside delhi it is around 1.4 lakh Applying for rounds is done by the university portal. the indraprastha university councelling for management quota the college shares a google form link on the college website and rest procedure is offline, on the basis of 12th marks.
Curriculum is decent enough... in first year all branches are taught the same syllabus. comprising of a programming subject, 2 technical subjects, 4 labs and 4 theory subjects. It is comparable to what nits are offering as i personally compare a little through a friend so that is satisfactory. faculty is ill say not up to the mark.as their teaching os extremely marks oriented and not knowledge oriented. "it is more like a school" as you'd say
placement is offered but mass recruiters like tcs are there which place students at like 4 lpa. but if you try hard and have good skills and good cgpa then you can sit for a better company. leading to exceptionally high packages. seen as last year with 42 lpa. which boosts the average package. so it is just up to you in my opinion. Im gonna see the placements myself and try for a good package in 2028

okay so social life generally kinda bad like you will thrive easily if you are an extreme extrovert and you will get enough privacy if you're an introvert. but if you are somewhere in the middle and want to have fun then things get difficult you struggle to make friends. clubs and societies are a very good way to interact with people with similar interests in my opinion. they let you grow in a true sens
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
