- placement is best trait of this college along with a good and veru supportive faculties. it is very good in academics point of view.
- college has its well renowned name in the whole society and in the delhi region and in whole india. very good engineering college. it has good alumni network and brand value of the top ipu college.
Dislikes
- campus is actually short ., not so much to explore in this campus , no swimming pool , only one canteen , no basket ball ground , football and badminton ground are present btw.
- infra structure is getting old as the campus is very old age. its an old college and well reputed college of ipu.
Remarks :
one have to crack jee mains to get into this college. i have scored 96.2 percentiile in jee mains, with 59,072 rank. i got my seat through ggsipu btech counselling. in the 2nd round i was alloted in it branch with general quota then i was updated to cse in 3rd round. good aspects aree :- campus is decent facaulties are also good crowd is very good in the college best crowd with a very good gender ratio cream crowd of delhi. veryy good connectivity located in prime location in delhi in janakpuri with access to three metro stations in the radius of 2km range. placement is very good bad aspects are like campus is too short old building kind off as compared to other ipu colleges
Course Curriculum Overview :
this course is best for future corporate leaders as it is btech cse.(highly demanded) faculty is veryy good in teaching, self study is more progressive than studyin in lectures. exams are quite easier and one crack evenn end sem with studyin 10 days before only with cgpa og 8 above/. faculty founds it difficults to complete the course on time.
Internships Opportunities :
no I am in 1st year. no internship till now. as i am in 1st year, internship opportunities are provided by the campus in 3rd year, however one can do it whenever u want, as attendence is also not an isuue un this college, 50% attendence is considered safe here.
Placement Experience :
placement is very good in this college. almost more than 10 packages of above 50lpa are given to students every year. even in 2022 5 packges of 1.2 cr and 1.75 cr in crores were given to 5 students off campus. the avg package of cse is about lpa. and overall package is about 7-8 lpa avg. of btech placement is over 90percent every year. internship opportunities are not so elevated in this college but still 40,50 k of on campus can be assisted so easilu, but pffcampus iit goes upto several lakhs like 2,3,4 lakhs. for 2 or 3 months.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
96000 Made online as a seat confirmation fees. 75,600 as a demand draft on document verification (at the time of reporting) 3600 as upgradation in tuition fees as per new academic year. the fees across the course is generally not found to be increased, but an affidavit of interim fees is also taken by the college while document verification.
Campus Life :
campus life is just normall. library is full of accomodities and books laced with the high tech computers for free accces and wifi facility. only one fest is conducted throuh out the year which is just normal. campus life is just nominal. managment dont spends much on functions in this college. sports day og 1 week is done by proper seelections in team but not so high priority to game.(below avg)(not good) clubs and societies are very active. all socities are active.
Hostel Facilities :
hostel are easily available to outsider students. hostel forms are separetely available while the tym of admission hostel costs 63,500 with 10,000 refundable money and the mess costs 3250 per month. hostel is provided for a couple of 10 months. excluding 2months vaccation of summer in months of june and july. hostel is just ahead of main building of msit mahraja mahendra pratap hostel

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
