- Beautiful greenery all around, beautiful environment, guards all around for safety, female guards as well.
- Animal friendly cats and dogs roaming around, good infrastructure
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is a bit in need of repairs.
- Due to NEP policy there is mismanagement
Remarks :
I had to give the entrance test which was less difficult compared to CUET. I chose this university because of its budget friendliness and as it is in the same city I live in. I also chose this college from the recommendation of some alumini.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always had interest in japanese language and because of few options this college was the best for me among all. We have 2 exams in each semester midsem and endsem. Faculties are all very helpful and Frank.
Placement Experience :
Atleast 60% of the students get placements from the University The highest package offered was 14 lakhs per annum The lowest package offered was 6 lakhs per annum Top recruiting companies were Amazon and Accenture About 30% of the students get intership from our course
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
17500 per semester. In the first semester you also have pay security which is refundable after graduating. We also had scholarship from uttarakhand government which was given according the result of previous semester
Campus Life :
We have many clubs which you can participate in through auditions . Every department conducts their fests and everyone enjoys it. There also random events and movie showcasing. Igas fest is famous of our college.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
