Many factors helped me while choosing this institute , some of them were , a good brand value and a good reputation in delhi , also being affiliated with GGSIPU , it holds a nice prestige with it's name As every coin has two sides , similarly this college also has negative sides as well , students here are very showy and rude ,they'll show that how real delhites are , they like to flex their phones and cars in front of others
The course curriculum for all the colleges included under IPU is same , the course tries to give students a intensive and deep view into law. The couse includes various activities as well such as PSDA ( professional skill development activities) which further helps students students competent and confident to think globally and respond innovatively to contemporary and fast-changing trends in legal world
No, as i am in first year currently i haven't opted for any internship , internships here are not at all easy to get and you need to work very hard to hone your skills in the field of law and also need acquaintances as well
Placement are tough in this college and that's the bitter reality , if you are thinking to join this institute be aware of the very fact that you will have to work extremely hard to get placed . Also internships are quite tough if you don't have acquaintances in legal professions
The annual fees of the institute is 154000 per annum , the tuition fees if 1,40,000 per annum and other 14,000 is admission fee that has to be paid after every year , scholarships are rare but still they notify whenever there's an opportunity for scholarship
Campus idls quite big with a nice cafe that provides you with almost every popular dishes . Though the rates are quite on expensive side but the quality and taste is enough to addict your tastebuds . The campus includes a nice ground and 3 blocks , its common to find boys and girls sitting and having good times with their freinds playing guitar and doing other interesting stuff , college also has a centralized AC system that makes life in the college easy in hot summers and humid rains of delhi . Their is a nice library filled with books in every block , a sports room , meditation room is like the cherry on the top .
There is no hostel of the college , students who come from out of delhi an easily find pg and flats at affordable prices (min7-8k )in nearby areas like pitampura , haiderpur , shalimar bagh and rohini .
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
