- I don’t like the weather much because it is too hot during summers and too cold during winters.
- Some of the hostel buildings are very old and they have not been renovated in long time.
Remarks :
Really beautiful campus. Lush green. Many places to visit with friends and make beautiful memories that we will remember throughout life. Old IIT so has good reputation and placement opportunities.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It is decent. If you should take this course depends on what you want to pursue in future . If you want to pursue computer science then I think preferably a decent college with cs degree is a better option otherwise choose any old iit
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven’t opted for any internship. There are many internship opportunities available both paid and unpaid majority of the students to internship in their third year or even the fourth year. The college helps us to get good internships.
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are good if you maintain a good cgpa and develop some skills. Many core and non core companies recruits students and give them decent enough packages. Hoping to get placed in a good company.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
200000 tuition fees 15000 hostel fees 40000 mess fees 45000 miscellaneous If your family income is between 1 Lakhs and 5 lakhs you will get fee waiver of 2/3rd of total payable fees. And if less than 1 lakhs then complete waiver
Campus Life :
Beautiful campus. Weather not so cool People great. Club Culture great as not everyone can join them you have to clear a test and then interview to get into the clubs that makes it better as only people with actual interest in the field are there
Hostel Facilities :
Mess food decent Hostel rooms decent size. In 1st year you get single double or triple sharing room based on your jee rank(I don’t think it is fair) in 2nd year you get double room and then 3rd and 4th year you get single rooms

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
