- Green campus nice environmental beautiful sunsets and scenery kali mandir pond is very beautiful
- Good infrastructure in new buildings departmental Library are available
- Central library is very good and motivating coz all students study there with Passion
- Some faculties are very good and supportive and teaches with full enthusiasm
Dislikes
- Old building infrastructure is of very poor quality
- Some faculties teach with no interest teaching just for name of teaching
- Construction is going on now so lot of dust is there
- NEP is following so going from one department to other very hetic
Remarks :
Cause it's a central university and green campus also near my hometown mainly here for central university tag fees structure is good new hostel is also good Cuet is the entrance for bachelor degree and for btech jee mains and mtech gate marks are accepted
Course Curriculum Overview :
All the faculties are PhD holders and have good experience NEP is following here so we have to different departments for opting different course like MDC SEC VAC there sometimes PhD scholars teaches us. Here semester pattern is followed every sem has 100 exam per subject which includes 70 endsem exam 30 marks internal assignment presentation depending on the teachers
Internships Opportunities :
Right now I don't opt any internship but it's available for sure you do Internship depending on you needs and interest faculties and you known ppl will provide you with information about it and you can figure it out by yourself
Placement Experience :
On campus placement is available for engineering students I guess don't have much idea about it few days ago hackathon also happened rough idea is that 5-6 lakh per annum placement maybe it's a growing university so I guess placement will increase later on
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarship are available for reserved category..... 7050 for sem 1 fee structure and 4050 for sem 2..... Fees is affordable.... However fees varies department and semester wise....course like bba bca have fee like somewhat 37000-38000 and engineering is 16000-17000...
Campus Life :
New department have nice infrastructure good benches while good department have bit weird type structure ggv looks beautiful because of its green campus . Nalanda is the central library many books are available here . Namo carnival fest happened during NAAC visit . Sports club is present. Department wise club are also present. Tarang is the music band . Udaan is the magazine. Abhinartan is dance club
Hostel Facilities :
Various hostels are available 3 hostels are available for girls new hostel are also under construction fee for 1 year is 12000 plus mess fees around 10110 for 3 months. 2 beds are available in one room of new hostel 2 wardrobe 2 table chair . Electric appliances like iron kettle are restricted

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
