Remarks :
There was just a test called cuet for addmission. I chose this college because of its value and prestige in the outside world. Venky has a good program and good teachers. The course has a really good value and is very practical.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I love studying literature and the college has a very good faculty for the same. The teachers are very qualified and well versed in their fields. They’ve good knowledge of the course. The exams are held at the end of the semester only they’re pretty easy.
Internships Opportunities :
Second year students can sit for internships they are both paid and unpaid. Companies like zomato, icici bank etc offer internship programmes. They offer stipend of minimum 5000. They are in different fields like marketing, auditing, policy making etc
Placement Experience :
The placements of college are great. 3rd year students can sit in placements. Many companies like Bain, pwc, ey etc come to college and offer packages starting from 5 lakh to 22 lakh being the highest so far. Almost 60 percent students gets placed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees is 17990 per year for all the students and it increases only marginally. This fees is only for infrastructure development. Scholarships are also available for students doing exceptionally well and for those who belong to lower income levels
Campus Life :
The campus life is pretty happening. It has many events the annual event being nexus which is a 3 day event. The college has all the amenities like big library, smart boards etc. it also has several clubs like debating, dancing, music etc.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is pretty big. Has 60 rooms. They’re cleaned regularly. The food is pretty mid. The hostel has tight security. It has a strict 9pm curfew. To get a hostel you need to have 75% attendance and apply on the college web.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
